Hi there, thanks for taking the time to visit my portfolio page. A little about me and my background, in my graphic design career I have fifteen years of work experience in the advertising and design field. My work has been recognized in many international and national advertising design shows and publications including The One Show, Communication Arts, Archive Magazine, Print, How, Graphis, National ADDYs, AIGA, The Die-line, LogoLounge, and numerous other design publications.
I received my Associate's Degree in Graphic Design at Southeast Community College in Milford, Nebraska in 2004 and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree at the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2007.
My greatest expertise focuses on print design, package design, advertising, and brand development. My greatest joy in being a designer is to solve problems for a purpose while having a solution that can evoke a sense of charm and curiosity.
I grew up on a small family farm south of Lincoln, Nebraska, and currently reside in Omaha. I feel blessed to be able to have the opportunity to be able to design for amazing clients while remaining in Nebraska. And with the remote opportunities it's the skill that is what shines through vs where you are from. Greatness can be achieved anywhere the hard thing to find is amazing ideas and design solutions. That is where I try to step in and help.
Outside of design, I have a few geeky hobbies as I own a collection of designer figs made by other designers who are passionate about form, character design, and telling stories through comics and illustrations. I also enjoy 3D sculpting and resin printing, and hopefully, I will be pushing to create my own figure line as a side hustle so stay tuned.
